As Karnataka's high schools reopen on Monday amidst a dress code dispute, Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai has directed deputy commissioners, special police officers, and Education Department officials to not only coordinate among themselves, but also to visit the schools to ensure that harmonious conditions prevail. "From tomorrow, high schools will reopen. Mr. Bommai told reporters in Hubballi, "I am optimistic that the lessons would be held smoothly."
